What do I have to do to get free shipping for life?
- When you sign up for a cassette subscription, you agree to manage your subscription yourself through the WaterGuru app or through your desktop computer. Manage your subscription
- If you experience any issues managing your subscription yourself through the app or through your desktop computer, you must contact WaterGuru for assistance
What do I do if I have moved to a new address?
- Just login to your My Account > Manage Subscriptions and change your new shipping address. Manage your subscription

- Note: WaterGuru is not responsible if a customer fails to update their new shipping address and the cassette order is sent to the customer's previous address. In such instances, the customer must arrange for the cassettes to be shipped from the old address to the new address.

- Note: WaterGuru is not responsible if a customer fails to reschedule their cassette order if they know they are not going to be at home to retrieve the order. In such instances, the customer must either reschedule the delivery or arrange for a friend or neighbor to retrieve the shipment.
