How do I view and manage the scheduled delivery date of an upcoming recurring order?
Managing your upcoming recurring order is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to view or update your scheduled delivery date.
View and Edit Your Cassette Delivery Schedule
- Launch the WaterGuru App
- Tap on Shop from the bottom Menu
- Tap on the person icon at the top right
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Click Edit on the subscription you want to manage.
You will see options such as Reschedule and Skip.
Rescheduling Your Delivery
- Click Reschedule to adjust your upcoming shipment.
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to:
- Delay your shipment by 1 week
- Delay by 2 weeks
- Select a specific date
Once you've made your selection, click Save Changes to confirm.
Sending Your Order Immediately
If you prefer to receive your order sooner:
- Go to the Next Order section.
- View your upcoming order and its scheduled processing date.
- Click SEND NOW to process it immediately, or select Reschedule to adjust the date.
For additional updates, such as:
- Reactivating your subscription
- Switching to a different product
- Changing your delivery frequency
