How Can I Cancel my WaterGuru SENSE Cassette Subscription?

To cancel your SENSE Cassette subscription, follow these steps:

1. Open your WaterGuru App
2. Go to the Shop.
3. Click the human icon at the top right of the screen.
4. Click on "Manage Subscription"
5. Your active subscription will display the product name and the frequency of the recurring order. 
6. Click "Manage This Subscription" under the product name.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on "Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
   
   
   
8. Enter the reason for cancelation and then click "Next".
   
    
   
   
   
   
   
9. Click on "Cancel Subscription"

Please note that canceling a subscription does not mean that the account will be deactivated. 

You can reactivate your subscriptions anytime by contacting Customer Support.
