How Can I Change my Shipping Address in my WaterGuru SENSE Cassette Subscription
You can change the shipping address for your SENSE Cassette Subscription in your WaterGuru App by following these steps:
- Launch your WaterGuru App
- Tap on "Shop"
- Tap the human icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap on "Address and Payment Details"
- Tap "Manage Addresses"
- Tap on "Add Address"
The current address will be displayed on the screen. You can remove the current address on file if you will no longer be receiving shipments at that location. - You have the option to choose whether to use the new address as the default shipping address for all future and recurring orders or to apply it only to this specific subscription
- Fill out the Address Form
- Review and Tap on "Save Address"
Please note that this change will only apply to future orders. If you need to change the address for a recently placed order, please contact Customer Support immediately.
