How can I view and manage my WaterGuru SENSE Cassette Subscription?

Here's how to view and manage your WaterGuru SENSE Cassette subscription:

Desktop Computer

• Launch https://waterguru.com/
• Tap the person icon at the top right
• Tap on Manage Subscriptions

WaterGuru App

1. Launch the WaterGuru App
2. Tap on Shop from the bottom Menu
3. Tap on the person icon at the top right
4. Tap on Manage Subscriptions

At the Manage Subscriptions page, you can view your subscriptions, make changes to your subscriptions and update your information:

• Change address
• Change or remove a payment method
• View the details of your next order and order history
• View and manage the scheduled delivery date of an upcoming recurring order
• Cancel your subscription

• Launch the WaterGuru App
• Tap on Shop from the bottom Menu
• Tap on the person icon at the top right 
• Click Manage Subscriptions
• Go to Subscriptions.
• Click Edit on the subscription you want to manage.

• You will see options such as Reschedule and Skip.
  
  

   

Rescheduling Your Delivery

• Click Reschedule to adjust your upcoming shipment.
• A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to:
  • Delay your shipment by 1 week
  • Delay by 2 weeks
  • Select a specific date

• Once you've made your selection, click Save Changes to confirm.
  
  
   

Sending Your Order Immediately

• If you prefer to receive your order sooner:

• Go to the Next Order section.
• View your upcoming order and its scheduled processing date.
• Click SEND NOW to process it immediately, or select Reschedule to adjust the date.

Swap My Current Cassette Subscription to a Different Cassette?

Here's how to view and manage your WaterGuru SENSE Cassette subscription:

• Launch the WaterGuru App
• Tap on Shop from the bottom Menu
• Tap on the person icon at the top right

• Tap on Subscriptions.

• Tap Edit below your current cassette subscription.

• Tap the arrow next to “Swap this for a different product” to view the available subscription products.
• 
• Scroll through the list and locate the cassette product you would like to receive for your upcoming subscription deliveries.
• Tap Swap on your preferred product.

• Review the details of the new cassette subscription, especially the delivery frequency.
• Tap Swap Product to confirm the change.

• Once completed, you will be redirected back to the Subscription page, where the updated subscription details and next delivery date will be displayed.
