Why Can’t I See My Subscription in My WaterGuru App?
If you purchased or enrolled in a Cassette Auto-Delivery subscription but don’t see it reflected in your WaterGuru app, don’t worry — this usually happens for one simple reason.
Different Email Addresses Used
Your WaterGuru app and your subscription account must be associated with the same email address to sync properly. If you made your subscription purchase using a different email than the one you used to sign in to the WaterGuru app, your subscription will not appear in the app.
To resolve this, confirm which email address was used for your subscription order and contact WaterGuru Customer Support to help link your subscription to the correct account.
