The WaterGuru Refer-A-Friend Program lets you share a 30% discount on a SENSE device with your friends — and earn rewards for yourself.
When your friend buys a SENSE device using your referral link, you’ll receive a 30% off coupon for chemicals (minimum $75 order). This reward code will be sent via email after the friend’s purchase has been validated.

It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the word about WaterGuru!

How It Works

🧑‍💼 Referee Flow (Customer Who Already Owns a SENSE Device)

1. Receives Referral Program Email

• Sent after purchasing a SENSE device.

2. Taps“Refer a Friend”

• Redirects to the referral landing page.

3. Fills out the form with your own name and email

• 🔴 Note: Some users mistakenly enter their friend’s email here.

• Important: The form must be completed using your own details.

4. Tap “Get Invite Link”

• The system generates a unique referral code that begins with FRIEND-XXXXX.

• Note: The discount code will not be visible to you. Only the referred friend will see the code when they click the referral link.

5. Shares referral link/code with your friends

• Friends can use the code for 30% off a SENSE device.

🛒 Referred Customer Flow (Friend Who Uses the Referral Link)

1. Receives the referral link/code from the referee.

2. Adds SENSE device to cart.

3. Applies the FRIEND-XXXXX coupon at checkout.

4. Completes checkout with a qualifying order. (SENSE device) 
   
    

🎁 Post-Purchase Reward Flow

1. You receive an email notification confirming someone used your link to place an order.

2. Once the referred friend’s purchase is verified, a second email is sent to the referee.

• This email contains a reward coupon starting with THANK-XXXX.
• The coupon is valid for 60 days upon receipt.
• To use the reward code for 30% off chemicals, you must make a chemical purchase of at least $75. This coupon is strictly for chemical products only.
