If you need to request an RMA for a Replacement device or return a device for a refund:

- For RMA replacements, we will verify that the device is within Warranty.
- For 45-day Money-back Guarantee refund requests, we will verify that the device is within the 45-day period.
After we have verified the request, we will issue a prepaid UPS return label through email. Please pack the WaterGuru unit along with the accessories in a box and take it to any UPS drop-off location that has a counter to permit the return label to be scanned. There is no charge for the return shipment. When you are at the UPS location, ask them to scan the package to confirm that they have dropped it off and that UPS now has it in their possession.
Once you have dropped off the package at UPS, let us know by email. In your Email Inbox, locate the email you received from us about your Refund / Return Request and reply to that email letting us know that you have dropped off the package at UPS and that UPS has scanned the UPS Prepaid Return shipping label. Your refund will then be processed.
Please note: The time it takes to process your refund will depend on how quickly you return the device to UPS and how quickly your respond to the email confirming that you have dropped off the device at UPS and that the Shipping label was scanned.
Please note: Chemicals are hazardous materials and can not be shipped. We recommend that you dispose of any chemicals in accordance with the local regulations and contact Customer Support for any additional instructions or refund on any non-chemical products.
