How do I place a Chemical Order?

Chemical Order Process

1. Launch waterguru.com on your phone or computer
2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Shop Supplies
3. Select the type of Chemicals you need, i.e. Pool Chemicals or Hot Tub Chemicals
   
   
   
   
4. You will be prompted to enter your Shipping Address to confirm if you live within the service delivery area.
   
5. If your address is within the service delivery area, you will see this message "Congratulations! We offer delivery in your area!" You also have the option to change the address by clicking "Enter New Address".
6. Add chemicals in your cart and then proceed to Check Out
7. You will receive an Order Confirmation email to your email address
8. Your order will either be sent using FedEx or if you are within the delivery area of a local store, the order will be sent using a DoorDash delivery driver. 
9. If the delivery is sent via FedEx, the order will be sent using FedEx Home Delivery.  FedEx Home Delivery takes 3-5 business days. FedEx Home Delivery includes delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
10. If the order is sent using DoorDash you may qualify for DoorDash Same Day Delivery*
11. DoorDash delivery tracking information will be sent to you through SMS text messaging along with the DoorDash driver name and estimated time of arrival.  NOTE:  Ensure that you have added your cell phone number to your customer profile before completing your order to ensure delivery.

*DoorDash - Same Day Delivery Order Cut-off

• Orders placed Monday - Friday between 9 AM to 2 PM Local Time will be delivered the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day - Monday - Friday - No deliveries Saturday or Sunday.
  
  

Note:  Liquid Chemicals can not be shipped by freight and can only be shipped through DoorDash Delivery
