Low Calcium Hardness (CH) Advice

Below is an example of a Low Calcium Hardness (CH) advice message you may receive after your TEST results are analyzed:

"Your measured calcium hardness (CH) is %CHmeas and is too low. Add %CHdose cups of GLB Calcium Hardness Up slowly to your pool".

Low CH can dissolve plaster. Keep CH at the appropriate level for balanced pool water.

• Target CH level is dependent on your pH, total alkalinity (TA), cyanuric acid (CYA) levels and on water temperature.
• CH drops from water dilution/replacement such as from rain overflow or a pool leak with autofill.
