Why aren't the WaterGuru TEST results I submitted in the WaterGuru App?
If you sent a WaterGuru TEST water sample using the shipment labels included in the SENSE S1 3-pack or 5-pack cassettes, be advised that the water sample may not have shipped due to an incorrect address.
- Those older shipment labels have the old WaterGuru Address in Sunnyvale, California
- WaterGuru is no longer at the Sunnyvale location
- The office is now located in Fremont, California
Here is what you need to do if you still have older shipment labels:
- Cover up the Sunnyvale address using a blank white label or a white piece of paper.
- Write on the label the new address of WaterGuru:
WaterGuru
47913 Warm Springs Blvd.
Fremont, CA, 94539-7400
When you are done, cover the label securely with clear plastic tape.
If you had previously sent a water sample to the old address, you can reach out to WaterGuru Support by emailing support@waterguru.com and we can provide you with a WaterGuru TEST kit that has the new address.
