Where can I find the Pod ID and BLE ID of my WaterGuru SENSE?

You may be asked by WaterGuru Customer Support for the Pod ID and/or BLE ID of your WaterGuru SENSE device.

The easiest method is to find the Pod ID in the WaterGuru app.  

• Note: If you have multiple pools or hot tubs, ensure that you have selected the name of the specific pool or hot tub
• Tap the Gear icon (Settings) > Device Info

If you have deleted the pool or hot tub from your App, never recommended, use this method:

• The Pod ID (PID) and BLE ID (BLE) information for your WaterGuru SENSE is printed on a sticker in the battery compartment.  
• Follow the steps to open the SENSE battery compartment
• In the example shown below:
  • Pod ID = 123456
  • BLE ID = B1C225
