Why does my C5 / C5+ cassette sometimes not provide daily CYA measurements?
If your C5 / C5+ cassette is not providing CYA measurements it is an indication that your pH levels are outside of the normal high or low range.
The WaterGuru SENSE does not report CYA when the pH is < 6.6ppm or the pH is > 8.4ppm. The CYA measurement is only accurate within the normal pH range.
As soon as your pH is within the normal range, you will see CYA readings in the WaterGuru app.
