I did not receive the verification code from WaterGuru to Set up my Account / Change Account Password
If you are not receiving the verification code from WaterGuru when setting up your WaterGuru Account or attempting to change your WaterGuru account password, here is how to resolve:

Check your Spam and Junk folders
- This happens frequently with hotmail.com and yahoo.com email accounts.
- When you locate the message from WaterGuru (no-reply@waterguru.com) mark it as "not Junk" which will move the message to your Inbox
- If you can't find it, just do a search of your Account - including Inbox and Spam folders for no-reply@waterguru.com.
- When you find the message from no-reply@waterguru.com, mark it as "Not spam" or "Not Junk" and the message containing the verification code will be moved to your Inbox.
- Personal Email Domain, i.e. john@johndoe.com
- Are you using a personal email domain, corporate email domain and/or running your own email server on your personal domain?
- WaterGuru has no way of assisting customers using their personal email domain, corporate email domain or their own email server on their email domain with such issues.
- To resolve, use an email address from a free non-personal / non-corporate email domain, i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
