I just purchased a new phone. Do I need to re-pair my WaterGuru SENSE to the new phone?
No. You do not need to re-pair your WaterGuru SENSE to the new phone.
If you upgrade your new phone in the store, the store employees can transfer all of the data from your old phone to the new phone. That includes the WaterGuru App and your account login and password.
If they are unable to transfer the data from your old phone to your new phone in the store, this is what you need to do:
- Download the WaterGuru app on the new phone
- Login to your WaterGuru account using the same WaterGuru account username and password
Your WaterGuru account data including your WaterGuru SENSE device data from the WaterGuru cloud is now on your new phone.
