High pH Advice

Your measured pH is %pHmeas and is too high. {Add %pHdose cups of GLB pH Down slowly to your pool.} {Add %pHdose cups of WaterGuru DROP pH slowly to your pool.} Add the acid slowly over a return flow with the pump running.

High pH can precipitate scale and cause metal staining.

• Target pH level is dependent on your total alkalinity (TA), cyanuric acid (CYA), calcium hardness (CH) levels and on water temperature.
• pH rises from carbon dioxide outgassing from the pool, most noticeable when non-acidic sources of chlorine (e.g. chlorinating liquid or bleach, Cal-Hypo).
