High Free Chlorine Advice

Below is an example of a High Free Chlorine (FC) advice message you may receive after your SENSE results are analyzed:

"Your measured free chlorine (FC) is %FCmeas and is too high. Remove chlorine from floating dispensers or skimmer (or turn off an inline chlorinator) and uncover the pool to expose it to sunlight".

High FC level can be harsher on swimsuits, skin and hair though with CYA present the active chlorine level is still low. Keep FC at the appropriate level for healthy pool water.

Below is an example of a Target FC advice message you may receive after your results are analyzed:

"Your Target FC is %FCtarg"

• Target FC level is dependent on your cyanuric acid (CYA) level
• Pool cover and sunlight exposure can affect daily consumption of chlorine
