Why does "Measure Now" take so long time to complete when I am outside Bluetooth range of my SENSE?

When a Measure Now is requested on the App when you are within Bluetooth range of the WaterGuru SENSE, the Measurement will be displayed after about 12 minutes.

When a Measure Now is requested on the App from outside the Bluetooth range of the device, the request is sent through the cloud using the customer's Wi-Fi connection.

• To conserve power the WaterGuru SENSE checks in with the cloud once every 30 minutes for any new Measure Now Requests
• After the Measure Now is complete, the water measurement data is sent to the cloud to sync with the WaterGuru App
• For this reason, there can be up to a 45 minute delay from when the water measurement is requested
