How do I activate a replacement WaterGuru device and delete the old device from the WaterGuru app?
Follow these steps to activate a replacement device and delete the old device from the App.
After receiving a replacement device, activate the replacement device by following these steps:
iPhone / Android
- Launch the WaterGuru App
- At the top of your screen, tap the drop-down arrow next to the Name of your Pool. If you have multiple pools, a list of pools will be displayed.
- Tap Add Pool
- At the Pool Selection screen, select Replace
- "Great. Let's proceed setting up the new device" will be displayed.
- Tap Continue
- At the Pool selection screen, select the pool name of the SENSE you wish to replace
- Tap Continue
- At the Pool Selection Confirmation screen, confirm the information and tap CONFIRM: New device will be added, All measurement history and settings will be retained for this pool and the previously set up Sense device will be disconnected from the cloud and can now be removed from the skimmer
- Select the device to setup - tap SENSE.
- At the Set Up Water Guru screen follow the steps to set up your replacement device
- When complete, tap Save & Continue
- Continue with the steps to activate the replacement device.
