WATERGURU SENSE S2

The WaterGuru SENSE unit is specifically engineered to seamlessly fit round skimmers within the size range of 8 to 10 inches without the need for an adapter. For detailed dimensions and measurements of the SENSE 2 unit, please refer to the specifications provided below:

Skimmer Plate

• Outer Ring Diameter: 9.73 inches
• Inner Ring Diameter: 8.25 inches
  When installing the SENSE S2 onto your skimmer, note that only the inner ring goes into the skimmer opening, while the outer ring serves as a protective lid, resting atop the skimmer.
  
  

Height

• The height of the Top cover to the edge of the outer ring is 0.9 inches.
• The height of the underhung is 0.8 inches.

Note that when sitting in the skimmer, the inner ring or underhang does not add to the total height. The height is primarily determined by the top cover, with a height of 0.9 inches to the edge of the outer ring.

Cable Length 

• The cable length is 12.0 inches. 
  If the cable connecting the Top Cover and the Sensor unit is too long, the remedy is to adjust the cord length using the rubber cord that is included in the package.

Sensor Unit

• The height of the Sensor Unit is 6.5 inches. 
  
  
  CIRCULAR SKIMMER ADAPTER 

A Circular Skimmer Adapter serves as a solution for skimmers with diameters wider than 10 inches. With its 8.25-inch inner diameter, the Ring Adapter seamlessly accommodates the SENSE, ensuring it sits evenly on your skimmer.

• Outer Diameter: 12 inches

Deployment with SENSE S2:

• Diameter Compatibility: The adapter's outer diameter is 12 inches, meaning it works well with skimmers up to 11.5 inches wide. It's important to note that the skimmer's opening shouldn't be wider than the adapter's inner lip diameter, which is 9.4 inches
• Height Adjustment: The 0.3-inch height of the Circular Adapter adds to the 0.9-inch height of the SENSE, resulting in a total height of 1.2 inches when seated in the skimmer.

SQUARE SKIMMER ADAPTER

A Square Skimmer Adapter is also available for square skimmers.

Deployment with SENSE S2:

• Compatibility: The adapter measures 10" X 10". It's important to note that the skimmer's opening shouldn't be wider than the adapter's inner lip diameter, which is 8.9 inches.
• Height Adjustment: The 0.2-inch height of the Square Adapter adds to the 0.9-inch height of the SENSE, resulting in a total height of 1.1 inches when seated in the skimmer.

NOTE: In case the SENSE device doesn't fit in your skimmer setup, even with adapters, the Float Ring will allow the device to float effortlessly around the pool. The Float Ring comes included in the package with the purchase of the SENSE S2.
