Is WaterGuru offering any special discounts to former customers of Sutro?
On 9/22/25 Sutro emailed their customer base with unique codes for a discount on the purchase of a WaterGuru device.
Many Sutro users advised WaterGuru that they did not receive these emails from Sutro. WaterGuru was also notified that Sutro Customer Support team is no longer working. Their last day of employment was 9/30/25.
Sutro customers should reach out to WaterGuru support by sending an email to support@waterguru.com for assistance. Note: The email notification of the Sutro proof of purchase and/or proof of Sutro subscription will be required for WaterGuru to provide assistance.
