Why is there no Advice or Alerts for CYA, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness displayed in the WaterGuru app for the C5 cassette?

UPDATE: Effective 5/11/26

Previously for the C5 cassette, we only displayed Advice and Alerts for pH and FC in the WaterGuru app.  This was because only the pH and FC test pads in the C5 cassettes were accurate enough for us to provide the corresponding Advice in the WaterGuru App. 

The good news is that as of 5/11/26 we introduced the C5+ cassettes which have improved CYA, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness pad which now match the accuracy of the FC and pH pads!  

C5+ Cassette upgrades in the WaterGuru App

• Previously the C5 cassettes displayed readings for CYA, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness which were "Averaged" and did not display the actual Raw values 
• With the C5+ cassettes, the readings and graphs for CYA, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness now display the actual Raw values.  If you'd like to compare the raw values to averaged values, you can toggle to display either the Averaged or Raw values in the App.
• With the C5+ cassettes, the WaterGuru App now shows Advice for CYA, Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness
