How many WaterGuru SENSE devices can I add in the WaterGuru App?
You can add up to 2 WaterGuru SENSE devices in the WaterGuru app.
- Note: WaterGuru SENSE devices that have been shared by others with your WaterGuru account email address through pool sharing do not count against the number.
- You can add an unlimited number of shared WaterGuru SENSE devices to your WaterGuru account
If you attempt to add a 3rd device, you will be prompted to enter a Commercial key:
- The Commercial Key to add 3 devices or more to a WaterGuru account in the WaterGuru App is a feature restricted to the use of WaterGuru customers who have purchased Enterprise WaterGuru SENSE models the SENSE S2E-PS or the SENSE S2E-PM.
- After you purchase either the SENSE S2E-PS or SENSE S2E-PM, you will be sent a Commercial Key by email. The WaterGuru app will prompt you to enter the Commercial key when you attempt to add a 5th device.
Note: Legacy customers were permitted to set up 4 WaterGuru SENSE devices in the WaterGuru app prior to 2024 when the number was reduced to 2 SENSE devices. If you are a legacy customer who has 4 WaterGuru SENSE devices configured and you attempt to add a 5th device, you will be prompted to enter a Commercial key.
