WaterGuru SENSE - Unable to upload Pool Photo in the WaterGuru app
If you are trying to upload a photo of your pool in the WaterGuru app, and are unable and you see an error: "Error There was a problem with saving the pool image. Please Try again", we are aware of this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: The issue is not affecting all WaterGuru SENSE users. It is however affecting a subset of WaterGuru SENSE users on both Android and iPhones.
- iPhone users - As of 8/1/24, the issue is now fixed for customers with iPhones. Please re-try the photo upload and it should work.
- Android users - If you have an Android phone, please try to upload an image of a lower size. That should fix the problem. If it does not, please let us know. Our developers are working actively on a fix for the Android issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
