Multiple Measurement Times - WaterGuru SENSE S2
The Multiple Measurement Time feature is available exclusively to Commercial Pool Service and Property Management customers who purchase the SENSE S2E-PM.
- The Multiple Measurement Times feature is restricted only to Commercial Pool Service and Property Management customers using SENSE S2E-PM devices in pools or hot tubs who are required to measure water chemistry values multiple times / day.
- Note: Additional Daily measurements will shorten the lifespan of the SENSE S2 cassettes.
Which WaterGuru SENSE models support multiple daily measurements?
- Only the WaterGuru SENSE S2E-PM supports multiple daily measurements using C2 cassettes
I purchased a different SENSE S2 model. Can I upgrade my SENSE S2 to the SENSE S2E-PM?
- Yes. You can upgrade your SENSE S2 or SENSE S2E model to the SENSE S2-PM model
- After you upgrade, you will receive an email with the Commercial Key
- The SENSE S2E-PM comes with an unlimited warranty
- Please note that you will be charged a yearly Software license fee of $99 per unit beginning 1 year after purchase
How will I be able to add multiple water measurement times?
- After you purchase the WaterGuru SENSE S2-PM, you will be sent a Commercial Key by email. The WaterGuru app will prompt you to enter the Commercial key when setting up multiple water measurement times.
How many daily water measurement times can I add?
- You can add up to 8 daily water measurement times
After I add additional water measurement times, how long does it take for the new water measurement times to be activated for my WaterGuru SENSE?
- Every 30 minutes when the WaterGuru SENSE checks your water temperature, the WaterGuru App will check if you have added additional water measurement times and send the information to the Cloud.
- Depending on what time you add the additional measurement times in the app it may take up to an hour for the information to be published to the cloud.
How do I add additional daily measurement times?
- Launch the WaterGuru App
- Your configured SENSE Pools and hot tubs are displayed at the top middle of the screen with a drop-down arrow. Tap the drop-down arrow to select the SENSE S2 you wish to configure. If you have only one SENSE device, it will be displayed at the top without a drop-down arrow.
- Tap the Gear icon (Settings)
- Tap Measurement Time. Your default Daily Measurement Time will be displayed.
- Tap "+Advanced"
- "For advanced purposes (commercial pools, etc.) you can set up to 8 measure times a day. Note that every additional measurement shortens cassette lifetime proportionally" is displayed
- Tap "Add". You will be prompted to enter the Commercial Key
- Enter the Commercial Key and tap OK
- A clock icon a measurement time of 12:00AM will be displayed
- Tap on the measurement time to change it.
- A clock will be displayed showing Hours, Minutes and AM/PM
- Tap on each section, Hours, Minutes and AM/PM to change it to the desired time
- Once the displayed time, i.e. 4:15PM matches your desired measurement time, tap OK
- Tap Save
- "Measurement Time Updated - Measure time has been updated successfully. It will take up to one hour for the results to be reflected on your WaterGuru device. To have the WaterGuru device select a measure time automatically for you, select the Rescan Pump button" will be displayed.
- Tap OK
- If you wish to add additional daily water measurement times, repeat the process by tapping Add and repeating the above steps.
- To remove additional Water Measurement times, just tap "Remove" next to the water time and then tap "Save".
