How do I check how many daily tests are left on the SENSE Cassette?

To check how many daily tests are left on your SENSE cassette:

SENSE S1 cassettes and SENSE S2 cassettes:

1. Launch the WaterGuru app
2. At the Home page, scroll down to Supply Levels
3. Next to Supply Levels, an indication of how many months, weeks or days of cassette life will appear, i.e. “10 days left”
4. When you are at 0 days remaining, insert a new cassette
5. Tap Replace Cassette
6. What is the status of the Cassette? will be displayed with 2 options, Replaced or Not Replaced
7. Tap Replaced
8. You will see an updated status, i.e. "2 months left".  The status will be updated daily to show how long the new cassette will last, i.e. “3 weeks left”, “4 days left” until the cassette is empty, “0 days left”.

SENSE S2 C5 cassettes:

• Launch the WaterGuru app
• At the Home page, scroll down to Supply Levels
• Next to Supply Levels, an indication of how many months, weeks or days of cassette life will appear, i.e. “10 days left”
• When you are at 0 days remaining, insert a new cassette
• You do not have to tap "Reset Counter" in the app after inserting a new C5 cassette.
• SENSE S2 cassettes have a sensor at the beginning of each cassette that tells the Cloud that a New Cassette has been inserted after the next scheduled daily water chemistry reading.  After the next scheduled daily water chemistry reading, Supply Levels in the app will be updated.
• Note:  If the Cloud does not reset Supply Levels after the next scheduled daily water chemistry reading, go to Supply Levels in the app and tap tap the "Replace Cassette" button and choose the option "Replaced" to reset the counter.
