"Error Adding WaterGuru - This WaterGuru is already setup and associated with another user"
If you see the following error when attempting to activate a WaterGuru device to your Wi-Fi network, it is an indication that the WaterGuru device may have already been activated.
Please do the following:
- Contact WaterGuru Customer Support - See below
- Advise WaterGuru Support that you are seeing this error message when attempting to activate your WaterGuru device
- WaterGuru Support will assist you to resolve
