SENSE S2 C5 Cassette

When SENSE S2 C5 cassettes are inserted and first read, the Supply Levels in the WaterGuru App and Cloud are automatically updated.
No additional steps need to be performed by the user in the WaterGuru app

SENSE S2 C2 Cassette

When SENSE S2 C2 cassettes are inserted and first read, the Supply Levels in the WaterGuru App and Cloud are not automatically updated.
Follow the steps below at the section "IMPORTANT: After you have replaced the Cassette, perform these steps to CLEAR THE ALERT" to update Supply Levels in the App

SENSE S1 / SENSE S2 Cassettes

When it is time to replace the WaterGuru SENSE cassettes, these messages will be displayed in the App:

Replace Cassette Soon. This means that there are 5 days (15 pads) remaining.
Replace Cassette Now. This means that there is 1 day (3 pads) remaining.

IMPORTANT: After you have replaced the Cassette, perform these steps to CLEAR THE ALERT

Launch the WaterGuru app
At the Home page, scroll down to Supply Levels
Next to Supply Levels, an indication of how many weeks of cassette life will appear, i.e. "0%" or “0 days left”
Tap Replace Cassette
What is the status of the Cassette? will be displayed with 2 options, Replaced or Not Replaced
Tap Replaced
You will see an updated Supply Levels status, i.e. "100%". The status will be updated daily to show how long the new cassette will last, i.e. "2 months left", “3 weeks left”, “4 days left” until the cassette is empty, “0 days left”.

How to Replace SENSE cassette

Remove the Sensor unit from the skimmer.
Remove the cassette by grasping both sides of the top indented side portion and pulling up.
Wipe the optical window clean in the Sensor unit at the bottom of the cassette well. Remove any debris, i.e. insects sand, etc. from the cassette well. Note: The use of the mesh bag is no longer necessary.
Insert a new cassette in the Sensor unit all the way until it clicks.
Place the Sensor unit back in the skimmer with the SENSE cover on top of the skimmer.
