If you are unable to login to your WaterGuru TREAT account and see the following error:
"There was an error attempting to authenticate. Please report it to firstname.lastname@example.org Invalid State". There is already user which is signed in"
This error is displayed if you change your account password on one phone or tablet running the WaterGuru App, but you are still signed in on another phone or tablet with the old account password.
Follow these steps to resolve.
- Identify the other phone or tablet where the WaterGuru App is installed (with the old account password)
- Uninstall the WaterGuru App from the other device
- Reinstall the WaterGuru App on the other device
- Login using the new account password
