WaterGuru SENSE Email Summary

Starting with version 6.4.2.247p of the WaterGuru iOS app, customers can receive scheduled pool status summary emails using the Email Summary feature.

• Note:  The Email Summary feature is currently only available for iOS using the 6.4.2.247p version of the iOS app or higher.  The feature will be added to the Android version of the WaterGuru app soon.

The "Your Pool Status Overview" Email Summary includes the following data points:

• Readings  
  • FC, pH and Water Temperature
  • Minimum, Average and Max values
    • Values are color-coded as Yellow, Green or Red
  • Target values - (based on the water body type configured in the WaterGuru app:)
    • FC
      • 1.5ppm - Indoor Pools
      • 1.5ppm - Pools that require less Chlorine (You must contact WaterGuru to configure)
        • Does the WaterGuru SENSE work with FROG® @ease® Floating System or FROG® @ease® Inline System for Spas? 
        • WaterGuru SENSE - Mineral Pool Systems like PoolRx, Nature2, Nature2 Fusion or Pool Frog?
      • 3.0ppm - Outdoor Pools, Above Ground Pools and hot tubs
    • pH
      • 7.6ppm - Salt Cell Generator pools
      • 7.5ppm - All other pool types and Hot Tubs
    • Water Temperature:
      • 85°F - Pools
      • 100°F - Hot Tubs

Follow the steps below to schedule pool status summary emails:

Note:  If you have multiple pools or hot tubs configured in the WaterGuru app, you will will need to repeat the steps for each pool or Hot Tub.

iOS

1. Launch the WaterGuru app
2. At the top of the screen ensure that the name of your pool, i.e. "MyPool" is displayed.  If you have multiple pools, tap the drop-down arrow to display a list of pools and select the desired pool.
3. Tap the Gear icon (Settings) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
4. Scroll down to Email Summary and tap on it
5. Tap Add
6. For Schedule, tap to select either Daily, Weekly or Monthly
7. If you select Weekly, select the day or days of the week you wish to receive the email summary
8. If you select Monthly, select the Monthly option - First day of the month, Last day of the month or Weekday - Monday - Friday
9. Tap on the clock icon and select the desired time you wish to receive the email summary.  By default the time zone you configured for the pool or hot tub, i.e. America / Los Angeles will be displayed. 
10. Tap Add next to Recipients
11. Enter the desired email address under Recipient
12. Enter a Comment if you desire, i.e. "Monthly Email Summary for My Pool"
13. Tap Save

Important:  Repeat the above steps if you have multiple pools or hot tubs configure in the WaterGuru app.

NOTE:  There is currently an issue affecting how the Email Summary content is displayed in the emails.  We are aware of the issue and are working diligently to resolve the issue.
