How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

It normally takes 24-48 hours before an order leaves the warehouse.

WaterGuru sends all new orders to our fulfillment team 24/7 for processing.  If you wish to change or cancel your order, we highly suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team for Cancellation and Changes to order Requests as soon as possible. 

Please note that processing may also depend on availability of the item, some order may ship a few hours after the order has been placed, some will take 24-48 hours.
